Warm Air Heating
Warm Air heating works by drawing cold air into the appliance where it is blown across a heat exchanger by an electric fan. This heated air is then circulated around the property by way of ducts allowing the warmed air to pass into the rooms. The cooled air is then drawn back to the appliance, via return ducts, where the process repeats itself.
There are two types of warm air systems: direct-fired and indirect-fired.
Direct-fired heaters are over 90% efficient with heat discharge either through directional grills or via ducting. This highly efficient method may be linked to extract ventilation and is ideal for locations that have high ventilation rates.
These systems are also available as combined heating and ventilation systems, which means they can be used for cooling or warming.
Indirect-fired heaters give an easily controlled, fast response. They require flues and are ideally suited to modern, well-sealed buildings with low air change rates and they can also be used as a warm air curtain.
We are specialised in supplying and installing warm air heating units into all types of industrial and commercial properties and we have many years of experience. Our experience has enabled us to install warm air heating systems for many large companies over the years and we have been recommended by many of our previous clients.
